The Feedback Collaborative, LLC, offers learning, facilitation, coaching, research, and consulting services to organizations seeking to stimulate employee development, enhance inclusion and engagement, and foster a culture of listening and learning.
We see all feedback as an opportunity to learn. Yes, it can take some filtering and processing, but ultimately, it is how we all grow and adapt over time. We help individuals, teams, and organizations listen differently, share productively, and process mindfully.
We love research and synthesis. Everything we do is informed by expert voices, evidence-based practices, and real-life experiences. With a foundation in industrial and organizational psychology, our process is highly collaborative and adaptive.
Our learning experiences are designed to get your audiences to think differently, make connections, and adapt practices. Every session is uniquely customized to your group based on shared insights, real-time reactions, and retrospective feedback.
In our research, we conduct surveys and interviews to gather information that diagnoses issues, uncovers solutions, and acknowledges perspectives. Then we work with you to make decisions on a path for positive change and system for gauging future success.
Hannah Alldredge Morris is an educator, facilitator, trainer, and coach with a passion for designing, developing, and delivering learning. Her areas of expertise include essential skills training, persuasive communication, leadership development, and all things feedback.
Throughout Hannah's career, feedback has been a catalyst of learning and growth. She believes that the best learning is rooted in an exchange of feedback. A great facilitator, teacher, educator, or trainer is constantly looking for feedback from participants to gauge understanding, interest, relevance, and motivation, and is always providing feedback to acknowledge, affirm, and at times redirect.
Fueled by creative collaboration, Hannah surrounds herself with experienced and inspiring learning professionals with diverse viewpoints, varied skillsets, and invaluable insight. The Feedback Collaborative, LLC comes from a desire to provide organizations, teams, and individuals with learning that leverages collective wisdom, shared experiences, and new perspectives to challenge assumptions, adapt behaviors, and enable real-world application and growth.
In her research, Hannah works with others to explore the mindsets, behaviors, and systems that impact feedback in organizations. She is currently partnering with a team from the Industrial Organizational Psychology program at Florida Tech to define and measure “feedback culture” at the organizational level. When complete, this work will provide organizations with a diagnostic tool and targeted approach to enhance the role of feedback in learning, engagement, and innovation.
